Reminiscing on my days as a toddler, my mother often describes the disaster that would ensue when I began a project--glitter, scissors, glue, beads, ribbon, paint, etc. There was no limit to the creativity...or the mess that would follow these crafty endeavors. However, I loved them and found joy in making pretty things. I'd have to say that not much has changed through the years.
